We plan to renovate all 300 sqm. of the chalet to obtain three residential units. It is also possible to study different design solutions with the client, up to the realization of one unique house distributed on all three existing floors. Our project provides two very large apartments, respectively about 125 and 90 sqm. and a third unit of 60 sqm. The view from the house is wide and the position of the chalet, on the edge of the village, makes it unique. Attached to the property there is a large ground, carriageable if desired. Energy certification index < 95 kwh/sqm per year.

Building Features

The original structure of the chalet, with exposed stone walls and wooden roof, will be recovered in its original elements. As in all our construction sites, the interior finishes will be customizable by the customers. Energy certification index <95 kwh/sqm per year.


We are immersed in the heart of Val Ferret, in the presence of Mont Blanc and on the slopes of the Grandes Jorasses. In winter the cross-country ski trails wind up very close to the chalet, while in summer a comfortable private road leads to the property, not far from the Club House of the prestigious Golf Club of Courmayeur. The town center is actually less distant than the absolute peace of the place make you think, in fact Courmayeur is reachable by car in just 10 minutes. Accessibility in winter is only possible on foot, on skis or with snowmobiles and/or quads.
