The villas proposed by Charme Maison show their elegance with the use of traditional and valuable materials.
They are located in particular positions, both for the excellent exposition of sight and light and for the proximity to winter facilities, shops and walks.

The walls, as well as the roofs, are all covered with an insulated layer of 18 cm. In addition, each building is equipped with low-emission triple-glazed windows with double glazing respectively 8 mm + 6 mm.

Usually divided into lots, our properties allow to fully enjoy the hospitality of a mountain villa.
Providing the renovating process, Charme Maison allows the customer to intervene for special needs and customized solutions.
